She was named a Master of Design by Fast Company. Yvonne is a founder of 4B Collective and the Femme Den. She has designed numerous award winning and best-selling products and services for clients such as Nike, Under Armour, Lego, Hasbro, UNICEF, Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, Nissan and American Express. She is the inventor on more than 20 patents. She spends a lot of time skiing, cooking and dressing up her small kids in a variety of unwieldy and fuzzy outfits.

    Dan is a world-renowned design consultant. In 1981 he co-founded Smart Design, where his OXO Good Grips kitchen tools became a symbol of products designed for everyone. Dan built his extensive career on the belief that design should focus on people, not things. He knows women are a blindspot for the male-dominated design and engineering industries, and co-founded 4B Collective to change that paradigm.

  • Erica Eden

    Erica is a designer and strategist, specializing in uncovering deep desires and delivering on real needs for the elusive and influential female consumer. She was a co-founder of the Femme Den. Previously, she was the and Global Director of Design Innovation at PepsiCo's Design Center. Through her work in diverse fields including housewares, health & wellness, automotive, and consumer packaged goods, she sees each design challenge through the eyes of the consumer and pioneers new methodologies that close the gap between design trends and real women.

  • Carla Diana

    Carla Diana is a designer, author, and educator who explores the impact of future technologies through hands-on experiments in product design and tangible interaction. She has designed a range of products from robots to connected home appliances, and her work has appeared on the covers of Popular Science, Technology Review and The New York Times Sunday Review. Carla has been granted the honor of creating the 4D Design program at the Cranbrook Academy of Art. She also serves as Head of Design for Diligent Robotics, a company where advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning manifest in robot assistants to help healthcare workers.

    Diana built her career in industrial design as a consultant, working for almost 10 years for different multinational companies and consultancy firms such as on Smart Design, Frog Design, Nike, Panasonic, Energizer, Tommy Hilfiger, Arnell Group, Curve ID, B.Robinson, and Playtex. She is the co-founder and CEO at Be Girl, a social enterprise focused on empowering women by design, dedicated to creating extremely affordable, aspirational and high performance products that support women and girls’ autonomy and generate opportunities to radically improve their quality of life.

  • Gina Reimann

    Gina is an award-winning designer and brand strategist whose work bridges a space between strategic rigor and creative flair. She has designed products and experiences for companies such as Philips, OXO, Nike, Intel, Philips, Panasonic and Westin Hotels. She is currently the Head of Accessory Design at Google. She has always been aware of the role of gender in society, and believes design, like the world, should be democratic and functional. She optimistically designs products for the needs of individuals, and despite being one of the boys at heart, she is a big supporter of girl power.
